SVO -> SOV and Nouns

The SVO -> SOV rule is quite straightforward. Sentences using the pronouns (I) or (Me) will have a SVO order, but sentences using the pronouns (He, She, They, Them, Our, etc.) will have a SOV order. Next, nouns must always come before adjectives, pretty simple. Haelec does not have gender cases nor heirarchy too.
