Ḍúm Lǎūq has two grammatical markers for nouns used to indicate their role in a sentence.

The word G(-ġṓ) is used to mark the subject of a clause.

The word H(-nìm) is used to mark the object of a clause.

Objects of the preposition are not marked.

Indirect objects do not appear in Ḍúm Lǎūq.
