Nouns are a special case among the groups of words. The root part of a noun still follows the convention of starting with a consonant. At the end of the wordbuilding process though there is a prefix added according to the meaning of the noun. This prefix is a single vocal and sorts all nouns into one of five categories, which each are part of one of two major groups. The major groups define what declension is used for a noun while the prefix groups indicate a bit of meaning and are a first marker of singular and plural. These groups go as follows:
Living: -h-
Plants: a-
Animals: e-
Concepts: i-
Inanimate: -s-
Natural: o-
Man-made: u-
