The Hagvepian language or Hagvepe̊ske̊ själ is a language isolate spoken in the southern Altai Mountains of Russia, Kazakhstan, and China. It has a complex vowel system, anywhere from 17 to 31 cases depending on analysis, and tons of Uralic, Turkic and Mongolic influence.
