Taravan is a constructed language designed with a strong, clear, and expressive sound. It uses its own alphabet containing 26 letters, with some letters changing pronunciation depending on their position or the surrounding sounds. Taravan is designed to be simple enough to learn but flexible enough to express complex ideas. Its vocabulary contains 300 core words, with new meanings created by combining existing words when a specific word does not exist. For example, a concept such as music can be understood through the combination of sound + entertainment. The language has a natural rhythm and emphasizes context, meaning that a word can take on a more specific meaning depending on how it is used in a sentence.
