Universal conlang (Filler name)

This auxlang has three goals. First, this conlang is made for completely independent learners; someone with no language experience or biases should be able to learn and pronounce it as easily as possible. (Furthermore, words that are more common should use more simple phonemes.) Second, this conlang should be efficient and concise. Third, this conlang should have logical morphology, meaning that words with similar meanings should sound similar. Overall, the goal description for this conlang should be “efficient baby speak”.
