Origin of Chloquish and the rise of Chocquish and Chlo-Chlo

There are a few Chloes and Chocolate Milks who decide that they love living on their planets, but they want to explore and "spread their wings" and form their own histories, so they go out in search for an empty planet, find one, and make their own little groups. The chocolate milks and Chloes who are still living on their planets still speak the normal, simple Chloquiana, despite it originally just being meant as a secret language. They actually like it and admire how simple it is.

So the ones who move determine that they want to be able to express more complex ideas, and develop Chloquish as a result of that. It's slightly more complex, but still fairly simple. They ask Chloe for advice to help them form this language, and she tells them to make it their own. Take bits and pieces from Chloquiana, and also combine it with other languages they know, or make it a bit fancier if they want. But don't think too hard about it, because it'll evolve naturally. The more comfortable they get speaking it, the more easily it will evolve.

So they get working and create rules that they all agree on. Then they start using it in daily life, but in schools they also teach Chloquiana, Strawberrian, and Mintian so that they can communicate with their friends and relatives when they see them (or contact them through the phone or messaging or writing letters, etc).

They find four planets: a pizza planet, (inhabited by pizzas), an ice cream planet, (inhabited by ice creams), a planet that's completely vacant and plain (uninhabited, with no decoration or pizzazz or anything), and a Hershey planet (empty). Both groups want to live on the vacant planet and the Hershey planet. Out of the 4 billion of them, 2 billion from Chloeland and 2 billion from the Chocolate Milk Kingdom, they determined there was only room for around 2 billion on each planet, so half went to Hershey Planet, and half went to Vacant Planet. There were chocolate milks and Chloes on both planets. And while the Chloes loved all the chocolate stuff on Hershey planet, it traumatized the chocolate milks to see them eating chocolate stuff. They knew the Chloes wouldn't hurt them, but it still freaked them out a little. So, to help their friends, the Chloes on Planet Hershey decided to move to Planet Vacant, which was renamed to Planet Wonder. So now the majority of Planet Wonder was Chloes. The remaining chocolate milks there felt lonely without their chocolate milk friends so they moved to Planet Hershey. They all still kept in touch with each other, but didn't have the same level of togetherness they had previously. They had their own systems, own laws, own cultures, and own speech patterns.

As time goes on, Chloquish naturally evolves into two dialects that are still mutually intelligible: Choc-Chloquish, (the Chocolate Milk version of Chloquish), and Chlo-Chloquish, (the version that the Chloes speak), often shortened to Chocquish and Chlo-Chlo. The lack of daily interaction with each other and their lives being separate caused them to speak differently, and as time went on, Chocquish and Chlo-Chlo became their own separate languages and were no longer mutually intelligible. All of them are taught normal Chloquish in schools as a lingua franca between the two planets. Chloquiana is taught to communicate with the other chocolate milks in the Chocolate Milk Kingdom, and the Chloes still in Chloeland. Mintian is taught on Planet Hershey, because the Chocolate Milk Kingdom is on Planet Mint, and is taught on Planet Wonder due to Chloeland's good friendship with Planet Mint, and they want all their residents of these two planets to be able to visit Planet Mint and Planet Chloe and talk to their relatives.

Planet Chloe has the native language of Chloquiana. They teach Mintian and Strawberrian. Planet Mint has the native language of Mintian. They teach Strawberrian. The Chocolate Milk Kingdom has the native language of Chloquiana, and teaches Mintian and Strawberrian. Planet Strawberry has the native language of Strawberrian, and teaches Mintian.

Because of this, the Chloquish people made the language have shared roots with Strawberrian, Mintian, and Chloquiana because those were familiar to all of them, and so that way, it makes a good lingua franca for all those planets because they all easily understand Mintian, Chloquiana, and Strawberrian, and thus easily understand Chloquish. However, Chloquish draws mostly off of Chloquiana since that's the native language of both the chocolate milks and the Chloes, and that's why it's a daughter language of Chloquiana.

Why can't they use Chloquiana as a lingua franca? Because they wanted to be able to express more complex ideas, and they can't do that in Chloquiana. They learn it because it helps to form more personal connections with their kingdom chocolate milk pals and non-Chloquish Chloes, because it's their native language which they understand more than Chloquish.
