Kemlān has two articles for indefinite. Its distinction is based on the last letter of the word. The article is suffixed onto the end of the word to make it definite.

For words ending in a vowel, it uses lun.
For example, a fish - lun ysu
the fish - ysulun

For words ending in a consonant, it uses on.
For example, a bird - on lūs
the bird - lūson
