Moritan

Moritan is an African Romance language that originated from the historical region of Mauretania. It is a Romance dialect that descended from Vulgar Latin, which gave Proto-Moritan, and later Modern Moritan. Over the years, it was influenced by Berber, Germanic, Semitic, Slavic, and later European languages. It has a grammatical base that is mostly Latin, but it also has a lot of Arabic words and sounds, as well as a few Slavic and Hebrew words and sounds.
