Grammar & Syntax

Na kala has a zero-marking nominative-accusative alignment.

Nouns are only inflected for number - singular or plural, by adding the suffix -_m (except pronouns, read "Possessive")

Verbs are not conjugated; tense, aspect and mood are expressed through particles and suffixes, in order M-A.verb-T.

Syntax is always SOV. Direct object first, indirect object second. Questions are formed by using the pa particle at end of the sentence.
