Adjectives are tied onto the ends of the nouns they describe.
Eg. "Shamjan" = Fish-green
Adverbs are tied onto the ends of the verbs they describe.
Eg. "Iomarario" = Tastes-great
Time frame and other situations where words are all part of a single phrase in a sentence are also tied together, but with dashes.
Eg. "Alom-a-jansav" = Before-he-could
