Plurals

1 min read · 59 words

Plural markers are tacked onto the ends of words. Words that end in consonants are marked with -i. Words that end in a vowel are marked with -hi.

Examples:

Krun "plant" > Kruni "plants"

Kruba "tree" > Krubahi "trees"

The [h] sound is typically dropped from the pronunciation of -hi.

e.g. Krubahi = [kɾuˈbäi] not [kɾuˈbä.hi]
