Verana is the native tongue of a nomadic tribe struggling for survival within a world governed by the laws of "Minecraft." The speakers are not mere entities, but sentient beings who perceive their blocky environment as the only true reality. At the heart of their society stands Saèldo, a leader endowed with the unique ability to "respawn"—a phenomenon the tribe views as a divine or supernatural gift rather than a game mechanic.
The history of the Verana people is a journey from primitive survival to intellectual enlightenment. Originally, these people existed in a state between the common Villager and the powerful "Players." While they lacked the near-omnipotent building capabilities of Saèldo, they possessed a far greater cognitive potential than the standard inhabitants of the world.
Under Saèldo’s guidance, the tribe transitioned from simple nomadic gathering to a complex society. As they mastered the environment, their needs shifted from basic survival (food and shelter) to the expression of abstract thought.
