Affricates - When to use

As you can see, almost all in my alphabet has a cluster of preffix Afrricates.
But you don't always use them. You only use them when:
It is the first letter of the word
Half-used when it is with a repeating vowel, like "aa".

And remember, learning fast isn't always good.
