Gallifreyan includes pronouns for referring to one person, multiple people, and multiple instances of one person. It also includes pronouns at three different levels of respect. One set for referring to someone of a higher chapter (caste) to the speaker, one for people from the same chapter, and one for those in lower chapters.
At the highest chapter (Prydon), Prydonian speakers should use the respectful pronouns to refer to the Lord President and Lord President Eternal (Rassilon), and at the lowest chapter (Scendel), Scendeles speakers should use the disrespectful to refer to Shobogans or aliens. Shobogans should use the disrespectful to refer to aliens.
In practice, this doesn't always happen, and can be quite scandalous. The Doctor, when visiting Gallifrey on several occasions, would use the familiar to refer to Shobogans and human companions alike, and frequently referred to fellow Prydonians in the disrespectful whilst on trial. In all cases, this caused great discussion amongst Time Lord society.
Some gendered pronouns exist, he, she, and they (third gender), which are generally used by Shobogans.
