Conjugating in Iitearh'o

OphanimJune 7, 2026

How to conjugate in Iitearh'o:

In Iitearh'o we have 3 main tenses:

-Past (ku)

-Present (uij)

-Future (sol)

These markers (ku, sol) are added to the start of a group of words in a sentence to indicate which tense they are in. The effect of one marker ends where another begins and only affects the verb that comes after it.

Example:

"I ran yesterday and will run tomorrow" -> "Ku I run yesterday and sol will run tomorrow"

The example above used the past (ku) and future (sol) tenses.

As well as that, if a sentence is fully in the present (uij), there is not need to specify it as (uij).

Continuous Actions in different Tenses:

We will continue to use the example verb "run", but this time we can make it a continuous action:

-run (simple)

-running (cont)

To make the verb "run" into the continuous "running", we simply add an "'o" at the end.

The verb to run is "spiir" which becomes "spiir'o" in the continuous.

If we want to say "I was running" which is past (ku) as well as continuous ('o) meaning it becomes (ku spiir'o 'Mahy).

This can be done to all verbs that can be made continuous.

Making singular words into plural:

To make a singular word plural, simply add "-es" to the end of a word.

Example:

-plan = "reio"

-plans = "reio-es"
