The Quxha people's writing system, or the qəxta, is an abugida with 13 base consonants, 5 vowel (exluding the default one), and 3 standalone consonants: 'x' ( /χ/ ), 'n' and a glottal stop ( /ʔ/ , which can on occasions function as punctuation.
The vowels in the qəxta are: 'ə' (the default vowel), 'a', 'o' ( /ɒ/ ), 'u', 'e' ( /e/ - not /ε/) and 'ô' ( /ɔ/ ).
Tips to learn it:
Only focus on learning the base consonants and the vowel markings, you don't need to learn every single combination.
Even though it might seem unimportant, learn the romanised transcription (e.g, /x/ -> 'kh', /k͡χ/ -> 'xh', etc).
Find and memorise the anomalies, like standalone consonants and ones which have a vowel missing from their set.
