Not much is known about Vegalian’s actual phonology and the rest of the language’s grammar as Will answered a question from SavannahTheFanGirl on Instagram in the recent IRIS Q&A video:

“This is SavannahTheFanGirl: ‘What languages did you use as inspiration for Nadori and Vegalian?’  I don’t know… I genuinely don’t know. I think it’s just a hodgepodge of several different ones- I think y’know, Chinese and Japanese, and German and Spanish and French, like they- A lot of them tend to have words that come before certain ones and I think all, like, just thought in my head was like: ‘Well, what if I did- not only did that but then combine the two together as you know…’ There’s a lot of ways that I did it but I don’t think I had, like a general inspiration, like I didn’t go to watch a movie and go: ‘I’m going to do that’ or anything. I don’t normally do that either.”

So I did what I can at least try to do: extracting the words and trying to craft and propose the phonetic inventory, as well as making the rest of the conlang’s features. But one is possibly certain, he had an idea of agglutination of words to correspond to a distinct meaning. Again, take my words with a grain of salt, this is still an inaccurate version of what the Vegalian language be, lest Will is yet to delve into proper conlanging, and this version of Vegalian is what I would try to propose or assume if I was Will.

Just a note to all, This version of Vegalian is merely a fan-made constructed language of the original source and may be changed whether or not Will decided to delve into conlanging. So take this knowing that it is all just for funzies and an exercise for me to learn more about conlanging personally since I’m broke af and can’t afford to buy the conlang bibles and only goes off with tutorials on YouTube :(.
