Aulit uses strict subject-verb-object word order.

A few suffixes for derivation:

Verb -> job: -lli

Augmentative: -tan / -tɵn
Diminutive: -su / -so

Group -> language: -(ei)t
Group -> nation: minus last consonant, then -(e)n

The suffix -ʃen, derived from ʃen (child) works in a similar way to how Von is used in German, as a form of genitive surname, literally saying 'child of the land'. For example, Auleʃen would be 'child of the Aule / the land of the Aule'.
