Modifiers always agree in number and person, even if after a noun.
Caomid tamoli'd. - The child is fast.
When a modifier is modifying a verb, it does not have to agree in person, only in number.
Other words which decline like modifiers, but are not themselves modifiers only have to agree in person when before the noun.
