Tunisian prepositions are of two states:
Mutated: when followed by definite nouns
Construct: otherwise
Construct is the default, dictionary form of a preposition. Mutation is basically when it's "amputated" for the articulatory process to be smoother and sound.

Ĝabbiitha fi ħokke ("I filled it in a can")
Ĝabbiitha f el ħokke ("I filled it in the can")
Some uses in idioms:
Men sbeeħ Rabbi... (lit: "From my Lord's morning...")
M es sbeeħ (lit: "From the morning")
Both are equivalent to English "All day long" to imply that you were doing something from early day and it's been exhausting you.
