Expressing Points in Time
To express a specific point in time, LPQR uses the special word forms čas, minut, and sekund.
Example:
17 hours 37 minutes 41 seconds →
čas-sjemjnaddzatj minut-tridzati-sjemj sekund-čjetǐrdjesjati-odin
LPQR has no grammatical cases. Therefore, the forms minut and sekund are not the Russian genitive plural forms. Instead, they are special moment forms of the nouns minuta ("minute") and sekunda ("second"), used exclusively when expressing a specific moment in time.
The moment form of čas is identical to its singular form.

Duration of Time
The plural forms of čas, minuta, and sekunda are used when referring to periods of time rather than to a specific moment.
Examples:
Mǐ guljal dva časǐ.
We walked for two hours.Gudok ot sirena dlilsja dva minutǐ.
The siren sounded for two minutes.Do start ostavalsja čjetǐrjenaddzatj sekundǐ.
Fourteen seconds remained before the start.
