A few words about word formation in the LPQR language.
Not all words in the LPQR language are borrowed from Russian and other languages.
The original words from word-formation clusters were borrowed. Other words were formed from these original words according to the word-formation rules of the LPQR language.
Since the rules of word formation in the LPQR language are similar to the rules of the Russian language, derivative words most often (but not always) have similarities with the corresponding Russian words and are their cognates.
